Neat hotel, soundproof room, the staff were ready to help. I got free upgrade and loved it. It was very relaxing time in Sofia.

Facilities were amazing, however Wi-Fi was slow.

The hotel was clean and the location and rooms were very good. The venue was in a quiet area, just off the centre of Sofia as well as Sofia. Also, a 6th - century Byzantine church was placed at a small distance. It was a quite comfortable stay, you could leave a car nearby.

Liked this place, it was perfectly clean and had great staff and location. Rooms with 1 big bed and tea/coffee, as for instance. We had a very good stay here.

the staff were polite, the room was well-organised and i loved very convienient location. generous breakfast, outstanding service. amazing beds and climate control, complimentary wi-fi and satellite television. perfect place for one night.

Booked it for 1 day and had a very comfortable experience. Comfy place, fairly clean, wonderful value. I had beautiful twin room with the ac and two single too. People were very professional - staff and other guests. A grocery store and a market were right next door.

Well, there was no tea.
